📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize IT procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and procurement documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to analyze procurement needs and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor procurement spend and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities and contracts.
• Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on procurement performance and trends.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and market trends to support strategic procurement decisions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT procurement strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT procurement, with a strong background in vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Certifications in IT procurement or related fields are a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
