📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and optimize assembly processes for drive backend systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in assembly engineering or a similar role.
• Proficient in using CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
