📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
• Support the accounting team by maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Participate in the monthly closing process, including bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and filing.
• Assist in the preparation of payroll and ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Support the finance manager in the planning and execution of financial projects.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
• Basic knowledge of financial software, such as QuickBooks and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
