📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and coffee beverages with high attention to detail and quality.
• Interact with guests, taking orders and providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Follow food and safety regulations, including proper storage and handling of alcohol and other beverages.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering new supplies as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
• Promote special events and seasonal drinks to enhance guest experience.
• Uphold the bar's image and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender / Barista in a high-volume bar or café environment.
• Proficient in using a variety of bar tools and equipment, including shakers, jiggers, and mixers.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and coffee brewing techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid ID and the legal right to work in Indonesia.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and able to work well in a team.
