📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, access control, and network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of tech equipment.
- Provide technical support to clients and end-users.
- Use tools like Wireshark, PRTG, and SolarWinds to monitor and manage network performance.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement new solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Deliver high-quality work within agreed-upon timeframes.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in installing and maintaining tech equipment.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control, and network infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Certifications in relevant tech areas are a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
