📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate costing systems, including standard costing, activity-based costing, and absorption costing.
• Analyze cost of goods sold (COGS) and other manufacturing costs to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Prepare and analyze cost reports to support management in making informed decisions.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
• Provide cost accounting support to various departments, including production, purchasing, and sales.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cost accounting.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analyses.
• Participate in cost improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
• Certification in cost accounting (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
