In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving strategic sourcing initiatives, optimizing supply chain operations, and ensuring seamless procurement processes for our expanding retail network.

As the procurement leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving measures, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with procurement policies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to support the company's growth objectives.
• Lead and manage the procurement team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to excel.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
• Monitor and optimize supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the senior management on procurement activities and performance.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record in retail or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of procurement software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic procurement plans.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in procurement management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
