📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Utilize ERP systems like SAP or Oracle to track and manage inventory and order status.
• Resolve order discrepancies and customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to maintain optimal supply chain operations.
• Generate and analyze reports on order fulfillment performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Bahasa Indonesia is a plus but not mandatory.
