As a Bilingual Accountant at Private Advertiser, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Daily, you'll handle financial transactions, prepare monthly financial statements, and assist in budgeting and forecasting. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your Mandarin language skills and build a strong professional network within the industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights to support business decisions.
• Coordinate with international stakeholders to ensure smooth financial transactions and communications.
• Prepare and submit financial reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Provide financial support to the sales and operations teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial roles, preferably in a dynamic industry.
• Proficiency in Mandarin language, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
