📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare a variety of authentic Thai dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients
• Assist the head chef in maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring dishes are prepared and served on time
• Learn and apply traditional Thai cooking techniques and recipes
• Assist in stock management and inventory control
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the kitchen's overall performance and improvement
• Support the chef in training and mentoring new team members
• Ensure all dishes are presented to the highest standards of quality and hygiene

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in Thai cuisine
• Strong knowledge of Thai cooking techniques and recipes
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with kitchen hygiene and safety standards
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus
• Passion for authentic Thai cuisine and a desire to share its flavors with our guests
