🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in catering management.
- Proven track record of managing catering events and teams.
- Strong knowledge of catering software such as Catering Management System (CMS) or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP) is a plus.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
