📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the bakery.,Monitor and maintain quality standards for all products.,Lead and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of raw materials.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.,Ensure all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Basic understanding of financial management and reporting.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
