In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Inspect and test construction materials and equipment to ensure they meet quality standards.,Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of all personnel on-site.,Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.,Prepare and submit reports on project status, including progress, issues, and resolutions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction principles, materials, and methods.,Proven ability to manage projects and teams effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the construction industry.
