Kuok Group is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Design Executive to join our dynamic team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our creative brand and marketing solutions, ensuring that all visual communications are aligned with our brand identity and effectively convey our message to our target audience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement creative graphic design strategies to support our brand and marketing initiatives.,Lead a team of graphic designers and ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.,Create visually compelling designs for print, digital, and social media platforms, including logos, brochures, advertisements, and websites.,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure that our graphic designs align with our overall marketing strategy.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in graphic design and incorporate them into our work.,Provide mentorship and training to junior designers to help them develop their skills and grow within the company.,Manage and oversee the design budget to ensure that we are delivering high-quality work within our allocated resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.,Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and experience in developing creative solutions for various projects.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.,Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
