Daily, you'll engage in strategic conversations with clients, analyze their needs, and develop personalized training plans that align with their professional development goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and assess client needs to recommend appropriate IT training and certification programs.
• Develop and implement personalized training plans to meet client objectives.
• Conduct client consultations to understand their career goals and business requirements.
• Recommend and facilitate enrollment in IT training courses and certification programs.
• Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive strong sales results and achieve targets.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the IT industry to provide relevant recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in education consulting, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
• Deep knowledge of the IT industry and a strong understanding of IT training and certification programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Certification in IT training and certification programs (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA) is a plus.
