Shine Bloom Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Klaten, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of civil engineering projects. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design and construction of civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and infrastructure.,Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.,Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.,Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Perform cost estimations and prepare project proposals and reports.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in civil engineering.,Mentor and train junior engineers and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.,Professional civil engineering license (e.g., PE, M.Eng, or equivalent).,Strong knowledge of civil engineering design and construction principles.,Experience with project management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
