📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitoring and patrolling the hotel and resort premises to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
  • Enforcing security protocols and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
  • Responding to and managing security incidents, including emergencies and potential threats.
  • Conducting regular security checks and inspections of the premises.
  • Providing assistance to guests and staff in case of emergencies or security concerns.
  • Maintaining and updating security records and reports.
  • Working with other security personnel and hotel staff to ensure a coordinated and effective security response.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant security regulations and laws.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in security, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and regulations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and other security personnel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid security certification or license is a plus.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to respond quickly in emergency situations.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
