Cloud Place Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta. This is a remote position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the store's inventory, staff, and overall performance. You will work closely with the team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and that our store meets all operational and sales targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Ensure that the store meets all sales and operational targets.
  • Manage and train store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products and services.
  • Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that promotions are effectively executed.
  • Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers.
  • Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the store remains competitive.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing store operations and staff.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of retail software and systems.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the retail industry and e-commerce.
