📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients to drive sales and customer loyalty.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Provide excellent customer service and support to retail clients.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent performance and achievement of sales targets.,Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the retail industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
