📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and navigate vessels safely and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with all maritime laws and regulations.,Maintain and inspect the vessel and its equipment.,Coordinate with the crew to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to the voyage.,Handle emergency situations and ensure the safety of the crew and passengers.,Keep accurate records of the vessel's operations and maintenance.,Communicate effectively with the company and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's License and other necessary certifications.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with remote work and communication tools.,Commitment to safety and environmental protection.
