📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes and customer specifications.,Ensure all pastries and desserts are of high quality and meet health and safety standards.,Maintain and organize the kitchen and baking equipment to ensure efficiency and cleanliness.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent foodborne illnesses.,Assist in the development and testing of new pastry recipes.,Work with the team to ensure timely delivery of orders and meet customer deadlines.,Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to improve pastry production.,Train and mentor junior staff in pastry preparation techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with baking equipment and techniques.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
