📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of staff, providing training, coaching, and motivation to achieve sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels, order stock as needed, and ensure proper stock rotation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
