📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the security team, ensuring that all security protocols are followed.
  • Implement and maintain effective security measures to protect the premises and assets.
  • Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and address potential security risks.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with relevant authorities as needed.
  • Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed entry.
  • Maintain a secure and safe environment for employees and visitors.
  • Provide security training and guidance to junior security personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and laws.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing security operations and teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of security regulations, laws, and best practices.
  • Valid security guard certification or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
