📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and prepare for audits if necessary.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Lead and supervise the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and strategic planning.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis is a plus.,Knowledge of the restaurant industry is a plus.
