📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.,Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.,Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Assist in the organization of marketing events and promotions.,Provide support in the development of customer relationship management strategies.,Maintain and update the company's marketing database.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role (internships or entry-level positions are considered).,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
