Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.,Assist with the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring a high standard of presentation and quality.,Manage and maintain the guest rooms, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and well-stocked.,Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Assist with the organization and coordination of events and special occasions.,Perform general administrative tasks as required, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.,Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the guest rooms and common areas.,Work closely with the hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.,Fluent in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid ID card and work permit (if applicable).,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects with ease.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
