📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Process payroll for employees and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and financial statements.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Support the management team with financial analysis and forecasting.,Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and internal policies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Maintain and update accounting systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sustainable and eco-friendly business practices is a plus.
