📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring that all work is carried out according to the project plan and specifications.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget.,Inspect construction work to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.,Manage and supervise a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and morale.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the construction site, working collaboratively with all stakeholders to find solutions.,Ensure that all construction materials and equipment are properly maintained and stored.,Conduct regular safety briefings and inspections to ensure the safety of all workers on the site.,Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision, with a strong background in resort or hospitality construction projects.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.,Experience with construction software and tools, such as AutoCAD or BIM, is a plus.
