In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver effective training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop appropriate training solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives.,Manage and mentor junior training officers to ensure the continuity and quality of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate environment.,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and technologies.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certification in training and development (e.g., ATP, PMP) is a plus.
