📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing departmental operations to ensure the achievement of departmental goals and objectives.
  • Overseeing the performance of the departmental team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve departmental efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Representing the department at meetings and events as needed.
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to junior staff members.
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement within the department.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a corporate environment.
  • A proven track record of success in managing departmental operations and achieving results.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role within a multinational corporation is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
