As an Outlet Staff, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide product information.

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized outlet.

Stock and organize products on the sales floor.

Ensure that all products are displayed correctly and are in good condition.

Promote sales and special offers to customers.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Work as part of a team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point of sale (POS) systems.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.
