In your daily work, you’ll be responsible for everything from project planning and execution to training and support. You’ll use tools like Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, and SAP SuccessFactors, and you’ll need to be comfortable with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA. With 5+ years of experience in HR technology, you’ll bring a wealth of knowledge to our team and help us continue to innovate in this space.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the implementation of HRMS, ESS, and HRSS solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and tailor our solutions accordingly.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure that our HRMS/ESS/HRSS solutions are developed to meet client requirements.
• Provide training and support to clients, helping them to get the most out of our solutions.
• Monitor the performance of our HRMS/ESS/HRSS solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in HR technology, and bring this knowledge to our team.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Represent Ren Ecosystem at industry events and conferences, sharing our expertise and learning from others in the field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR technology, with a focus on HRMS, ESS, or HRSS.
• Certifications in HRMS, ESS, or HRSS are a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
