📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain CNC bending machines to ensure precise and efficient metal shaping.
• Monitor and adjust machine parameters to achieve optimal production quality.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance on CNC bending machinery.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets.
• Document machine performance and production data.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior operators on machine operation and safety procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a CNC Bending Machine Operator, preferably in the bakery or metal fabrication industry.
• Familiarity with CNC bending machine software such as FANUC, Siemens, or Heidenhain.
• Strong understanding of metal properties and bending techniques.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid CNC Operator certification (preferred).
• Willingness to undergo training and certification programs.
