📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth restaurant functioning,Manage and train staff to maintain high service standards,Ensure food quality and safety compliance,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety regulations,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the food service industry,Proven leadership and management skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management,Knowledge of health and safety regulations,Experience with marketing and customer relations,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
