📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and mentor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor branch finances and prepare regular reports for senior management.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Attend to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.,Organize and lead team meetings and training sessions as needed.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the property development industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends is a plus.
